This form is to be used by Insurance Companies and their Agents representing Insurance Companies for incidents that occured within our 1st Due boxes that Northern York County Fire, Rescue & EMS are responsible. A representitive of NYCFR will be contacting you concerning this request once they have had the opportunity to complete reports filed with the PA State Reporting System.
Any other requests for release of information concerning incidents will need to contact the Chief of Department or Chief Director for the Department directly using the following information.
